There are in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny two-three so-called long-term constructions, concrete panel fences around of which became a place of carrying out of traditional festivals Graffiti.
Probably, the word festival too pretentiously and not absolutely adequately sets a level of the presented works, but these works - very sincere, are executed with soul and to the full reflect interests of authors.
